Fails WP:SOLDIER and WP:GNG. One award of the Navy Cross and a rank of Fireman First Class doesn't make him notable. His role as namesake of the USCGC Paul Clark is set out on that page Mztourist (talk) 13:16, 14 January 2021 (UTC)
